Work Out At Work
I just found out that they put a treadmill in the rec room downstairs at work. So now I really have no excuse to work out everyday. I can do it at home or at work now. I am so glad to have options with it. I was worried I would give up too easily, but it looks like a couple of us girls are going to start working out together.
