I’m ready for bed. It’s been such a long weekend. Nothing really happened but everybody has just felt like crap for the last few days, but not me. But, that means I get to take care of everybody, and it’s just wearing me out a lot. Hopefully I’ll get a day of one of these days and be able to catch up on some rest.
Man, the weather here was really nasty last night. I never go out when it’s like that, but we got stuck in it. We had to drove home on the highway going like 10 mph the whole way home, it was crazy. Hopefully everything is over with by tomorrow so that we can keep our plans and still go tubing. That’s going to be alot of fun. I’ve never been before so it should be pretty cool… and really cold.
Man, I have had a really bad headache for the last couple of days. That along with my throat being all stopped up like it has been for a week already, it’s just not that much fun really. Hopefully the medicine I just took will help, but it usually doesn’t though.
I hope everybody had a happy, fun and safe New Years. We didn’t do much this year, but we still had fun. We just went down to the bar we always go to, hung out there for a while, then headed home. It was pretty fun though.
Once again I have started watching all the different shows on tv about addiction treatment centers. It just facinates me to see these people at low points in there life, to see what happens to them at the end of the show. Sadly enough though, they usually say at the end of the show that they dropped out of the treatment after a couple weeks and are back on the streets again. It’s really sad to see that kind of thing, and how much they don’t have control it. It’s just sad.
