Well I got a call from a real estate franchise that wants to partner with me in my ventures. I am not sure if that is what I want to do or if I would rather go out on my own. I have to make a decision soon so I can let them know one way or another.
I am going to go full force into this real estate venture and not look back. I am only hoping that it will be lucrative and make me the money that I need to stop working a regular job and put all my energy to my business.
Now I am getting some great information about Wilmington NC real estate from a great source. I might have to just jump in full force and hit both markets. I know it is risky, but without great risk I will never have great rewards.
I have investors calling me all the time now trying to figure out what market I am looking to start my investing in. I got more information about Arizona real estate the other day, and it sounds promising as well.
I’m the kind of person that doesn’t plan very well for bad things to happen in my life. When it comes to insurance I always take the cheapest plan I possibly can, and most of the time it doesn’t even really cover anything. I have cheap car insurance that pretty much serves no purpose what so ever, other than if I do get pulled over I can show them the little piece of paper so I don’t get a bigger ticket or my car taken away. That’s just how I am. I understand it makes more sense to pay more now, then when something does happen I wont have to much as much out of pocket, but that’s just not how I do it. I even have cheap home insurance. It’s just enough to get me by, and that’s pretty much how I live my life. So far I have not had any problems, and I plan on keeping it that way, too.
One thing that I honestly have never been a fan of is credit cards. I know for some people they work out just fine, but that is just not how I like to do things. I don’t like to spend money before I have it, then pay it back. Even though there are 0% credit cards out there, is just not the route that I like to take. If I want somebody I like to just set money aside for it until I have saved up enough to buy whatever it is I want. And, now I’m seeing all these people doing these credit card news things. This is not a good thing in my opinion. It’s just a way for the companies to try to get you to spend more money, just to get something for “free”. But, then people try to get the free things, and they spend a crap load more money, and it’s probably money they don’t have to spend. Like I said, I know that cards work out great for a lot of people, but the way that I live and spend, it just doesn’t work out for me.
My cousin has been on a roll with Real estate short sales - northern california. For a long time now he has been wanting to buy some property out there and now he has finally been able to. This site helps you so much with the market out there. He bought himself a new house with a short sale, and actually bought another place that was reduced property that he is going to remodel and try to flip and sell it to make some extra cash. The price they gave him he couldn’t say no to it. He’s talking about getting one more and rent it out to people for a vacation house. That would be awesome because then I would have somewhere to stay when I go out there, if it’s open.
My cousin that lives out west has been asking me for a long time now to help him find somebody that help him fight his DUI charge that he got. If that stuff goes through it’s really going to hurt him and his job. So I found him Los Angeles Criminal Defense Attorneys | California DUI Lawyers | Criminal & DUI Law Specialists and it looks like they are going to be able to really help him out. I’m not really sure exactly how all that works, but he said if he gets busted for it he may loose his job, but these guys are going to help him keep it, and it shouldn’t be that hard to do. I guess they really are as good as they say they are. I hope everything works out good for him though.
My friends have been telling me for quite some time now to look into succession planning for my business. I honestly had no idea what they were talking about for a long time, so I pretty much just blew off what they were saying. But, after a while they finally wore me down and I looked into it. They told me this site to go to, so I did. Now, Im really glad that I did because it sounds great. I’m going to get the ball rolling here really soon with it.
I’ve been thinking about getting into Unsecured Business Credit Lines. There are just a few things that I need to get for my business that right now I am just kind of having a hard time coming up with the money for. I know that once I have these things that it will make the business go alot better, therefor make alot more money and I can use the quick profits that I turn to easily pay things back. It makes perfect sence to me, really. A few of my friends have been saying that I shouldn’t go that way, that I should just wait until I can actualy afford the stuff out of pocket, but that’s just not what I want to do. I want to start making money now, and in my opinion this is going to be the best way to get it done, and get it done fast. The ones I was looking into said that you will know if you are approved in just a couple of days, and you’ll have the money in just a couple of weeks. So, that’s perfect. I’m going to go ahead and do it, no doubt about it.
