As I sit here with nothing going on at all, my friend is off enjoying a Maine bed and breakfast. That would be so nice. Not that I am not enjoying my weekend of nothing to do, I really wouldn’t mind being out of state relaxing and taking in some really nice scenery. I could really handle that right about now. I’m so jealous of him because it seems like it’s been forever since I have been on a vacation. Oh well, at least he’s bringing me back something, and sent me a postcard.

It’s been a pretty fun weekend so far. Fun as in I have done hardly anything what so ever. Sometimes it’s just good to sit back and do nothing. Nowhere to go, or to be. Just sit and relax. It’s been fun. I wish it could happen more often than what it does, but hey, I’m not complaining.

I’ve been on the look out for some affordable life insurance here lately. I really want to get something going, but the one that my job offers is pretty much a rip off. I’m looking into some third party companies that will do things the way I would like them to be done. They seem to work with you alot better. When you get the one through your work, you really have to do exactly what they say, and there isn’t really much room to change things around. I don’t like doing things that way. I want to have more control over things like that. I really just want something cheap, that’s pretty much about it.

I bought pretty much the best radar detector money could buy last night. I’ve got a couple speeding tickets here lately, so I figured either slow down, or buy something to help me out. So, I bought something that will hopefully keep me from getting these stupid tickets. It’s not always my fault that I am running behind and I’m in a hurry everywhere I go. Ok, maybe it…but still. Hopefully this will help. It cost a few dollars but it will be well worth it in the end. And, I figure if you buy something, you might as well go all out with it and do it right.

I’m tired of seeing shows on tv about people going to drug rehab. These people have a problem, but these shows are making money off of there problems. Isn’t there anything better that we could be watching? I know these people agree to be on the shows, and they get paid for it, but to me it seems like something like that should be kept quiet and to yourself. If one of my family members was going through that, there is no way I would want it put on tv for the whole world to see.
